Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order after it has been placed. We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the following guidelines.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Bikilo customer support immediately with your order details. Cancellation is a time-sensitive process. The possibility of cancelling depends on the type of product and the status of your order with the vendor.

2. Cancellation Rules by Product Type

  • Perishable Goods (e.g., Food from Restaurants, Fresh Groceries):

    • These orders are prepared specifically for you. Therefore, once a vendor has accepted your order and has begun preparing it, the order cannot be cancelled. A refund will not be possible at this stage.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., Packaged Items, Shop Products, Pharmacy Items):

    • You may cancel your order as long as the vendor has not yet dispatched the item for delivery.
    • Once the order has been dispatched and is with the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you will need to receive the item and can then initiate a return based on our Refund Policy (if applicable).

3. If Your Cancellation is Successful

If we are able to successfully cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Special Cases (Rental & Parcel)

  • Rental: Cancellations for vehicle rentals are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement you accept at the time of booking.
  • Parcel: A parcel delivery request can be cancelled as long as a courier has not yet been dispatched for pickup.
